
Established in 1963 to raise funds for the local Arc Chapters, the Metropolitan Association for Retarded Citizens (MARC) is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization. In addition to advocacy, individual Arc and ACL chapters increase community and public awareness, offer counseling, and provide legislative and legal support. All of this is possible through the funding provided by the operation of Arc Thrift Stores in Colorado.
Our goal is to help people with developmental disabilities enjoy self-respect, self-determination, independence and the freedom to participate in their homes, communities and workplaces.
